On Saturday, June 10th, Romero House will have its annual street party on Wanda Road. The road will be closed off for the afternoon into the night for the party.
The Wanda Road street party began as a way to build community between Romero House residents and workers and our neighbours. Now we come together every year to celebrate each other and how our community has grown.
The party starts at 3:00 pm. There will be games for kids, the infamous dunk tank, live music, dancing, and more!.
Dinner will be a potluck so for those who are able, please bring a dish to share (a main course, salad, dessert, or drink).
All are welcome! Feel free to bring family and friends, we would love to seem them there. For many who have lived at Romero House or been part of the community, this is a joyful time to see old friends.
